Central Park South Apartment

Beyond being outdated, this apartment underwent two major leaks in which each flooded one half of the apartment. Due to the water damage, the entire apartment had to be demolished and a waterproofing membrane was introduced at all the apartment floors and bathroom walls. To aid with sound transmission between the building units, all of the common and interior walls, as well as the floors throughout the apartment, were soundproofed. The apartment was finished with custom stained oak floors, Ann Sacks and Stone Source tiles, Rutt kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and Duravit plumbing fixtures.
